First winter snow street session

Drove around for a bit tonight and tried testing out the rear curtain sync on my new camera during a snow storm. Snow is new to me and I didn't realize how much the flakes would pop out with a hotshoe flash. I should get some gels for my flashes soon.

Strobist: ISO 800, f/4.5, .4 second shutter. Vivitar 285HV on the hotshoe at 1/4 power set for rear curtain

Fairman's at Bear

Snow season is here! Yesterday some Fairman's guys got together and headed up to Bear Creek for the day. I only had my camera on me for a couple runs so there are just a couple snapshots, but this will definitely be a weekly endeavor this season.

Scott got Transworld's Wednesday Woe!

Over the summer I went out to Sacto and skated a bit with Scotty. One of his bails was good enough for TWS's Wednesday Woe. Check out the video and sequence of Scott eatin' it.

Shanghai 5

Check out Legion of Sorts to see what Tommy Zhao is up to over in China. Shanghai 5 is a film about skating in Shanghai directed by Charles Lanceplaine. It's incredibly well done and definitely worth checking out.

Wawa Park shots

I got a new camera a while back and have not shot anything but sequences with it. I ended up at Wawa Park and grabbed a couple stills, and a couple sequences.

North Carolina, finally

This pretty much sums up the trip. We went to North Carolina, skated, ate food, came home. This was my first road trip and between laptops dying midway through, skaters getting hurt early on, and the ridiculous NC summer heat, it was a blast and we came away with some photos.
